How to - Install Spash Guards

This fountain comes with our innovative splash reduction system. If splash is a concern, simply drape the splash line over each spill point to dramatically reduce splash.
How to - Install Spash Guards - Step 1
Here you can see the spill is creating a large amount of splash.
How to - Install Spash Guards - Step 2
Simply place one end of the string rock in the top bowl and hang the other end off the bowl.
How to - Install Spash Guards - Step 3
The water will now run down the string and greatly reduce amount splash.

You may now notice the fountain is a lot quieter than before. Note: when you reduce the amount of splash you also reduce the amount of sound. If you would like to increase the amount of sound while still reducing the amount of splash continue through the remaining steps.

Trim the string so it hangs just over the water line. Remember you can always trim more later.

Keep in mind, the more you trim the more splash you will create.

It will take a little effort but we are confident you can find the perfect amount of sound without a large amount of splash.
